I decided to find an Aveda salon, since I used to go to one in New York which I really loved. I love the products, the stylists, the whole peaceful vibe you get when you enter one of their salons. I found this place, and although I've only been once, it's SUPERB. The owner really took her time with me--studying my hair, asking how I usually style it, what works, what doesn't--and gave me a terrific cut, explaining the whole time what she was doing and checking to make sure I liked it.
